Yoga Foundations
These classes introduces basic yoga postures, proper alignment, and breathing techniques and forms the foundation for future practice.
Yoga For Bones & Balance
A class for building stronger bones, improving balance and flexibility. Poses are specific to increasing bone density and muscle mass in key areas affected by bone loss.
Yoga Strength & Conditioning
Working the muscles throughout the body. Focusing on different areas each week.
Yoga Balance & Coordination
Balance is so important, especially as we age.
Neck, Shoulders, & Arms
Therapeutically working the upper body.
Low Back, Hips & Legs
Therapeutically working the lower body.
Advanced Yoga
For students and teachers who are ready to work with more challenging standing poses, inversions, back bends, forward bends and twists. Students must be able to do unassisted handstand (1 min), headstand (5 min), shoulder stand (5 min), and push up into back arch.
Chair Yoga
Yoga will be presented with the aid of a chair. It is appropriate
for beginners, people with balance or strength issues, or those not wanting to get down on the floor to practice yoga. It can be a challenging class, but safely done with the chair. All are welcome.
Restorative Week
The sixth week of classes in our session. Time for deep relaxation and healing.
Prenatal Yoga
For expectant mothers. A class for building strength and endurance while also incorporating plenty of relaxation and stress release. A time to nurture yourself and the growing baby.
Private Lessons
For students that want to work therapeutically. Jeff will assess your ailment and recommend a set of private lessons with Natalie on Mondays (11:00am-12:00pm) or Ellen on Tuesdays (8:00-9:00am or 11:00am-12:00pm) and Ellen on Thursdays (8:00-9:00am) After set of therapeutic classes, you will be reevaluated to see the progress.
